These terms and conditions help to keep this website a safe place to trade and set out the full extent of any agreement reached between you and Sports Equipment Supplies in connection with this site. You should understand that by placing an order, you accept the following terms and conditions:

Sports Equipment Supplies is the trading name of the company which is operated and registered in the UK

Your contract for purchases made through this web site is with Sports Equipment Supplies.

You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.

No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Sports Equipment Supplies unless, and until, Sports Equipment Supplies accepts your order by way of an e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered, and that the goods have been shipped to the specified address. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Sports Equipment Supplies sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). This confirmation (not request) e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Sports Equipment Supplies of your offer to buy goods from Sports Equipment Supplies or a 3rd party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by Sports Equipment Supplies.

You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.

Sports Equipment Supplies will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party.

You undertake that all details you provide to Sports Equipment Supplies for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. Credit card purchases are subject to bank security terms and foreign, or large, transactions may be delayed due to banking clearance checks taking longer. (up to 6 weeks)

If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Sports Equipment Supplies as soon as possible.

LIABILITY

Sports Equipment Supplies does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

Sports Equipment Supplies will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

Sports Equipment Supplies do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Sports Equipment Supplies website or for any products or services purchased from Sports Equipment Supplies.

Sports Equipment Supplies will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim. Claims for missing or short delivered goods must be received within 7 working days as Couriers will not accept claims after that period. Packages damaged in transit must be signed as such at time of delivery or returned as refused delivery.

All electrical products are covered by a minimum 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. If your product develops a fault whilst under warranty, please refer to our returns policy as manufacturers also have different warranties in place.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS

Credit and Debit cards are debited before items are shipped by Sports Equipment Supplies. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.

Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in the United Kingdom. The law of the United Kingdom shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from this web site unless goods are shipped direct from another country in which case their terms and conditions will apply.

Sports Equipment Supplies aim to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable and should this occur you will be notified as soon as possible in order to either change or cancel your order.

DELIVERY/TITLE/RISK

The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be part-shipped.

Title to any product ordered will pass to you once Sports Equipment Supplies has received payment in full for that product.

Products due to be shipped outside the UK will only be dispatched once funds have cleared the banking system. In some cases this can take up to 28 days to verify.

If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to additional shipping costs and also import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Sports Equipment Supplies advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

From time to time Sports Equipment Supplies may engage a 3rd party to fulfil orders, a contract for the sale of these products will be made between the 3rd party supplier and yourself.

Please note that when shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

RETURNS

You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason, under the distance selling regulations for refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase we accept unworn or unused returns for replacement or refund within 14 days.

Our returns address will be notified to you on application as the returns address will depend on the actual supplier.

Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection before a refund will be issued. If the product is found to have a defect you will be offered a refund or exchange (if available). Returned goods must be adequately sealed in original packaging. Failure to do so could result in only a partial refund being issued. Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting as proof you have sent the package if using Royal Mail who do charge for issuing a certificate. If you return an item without proof of postage and it is lost in transit we reserve the right not to issue a refund. You are responsible for the item until we receive it therefore we suggest that if you return the parcel by Royal Mail to use Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) Delivery or similar. We will not refund the postage paid by the customer on unwanted returned items or sizing issues (so please contact us regarding sizing prior to ordering if you are unsure) and returns may incur an additional courier return charge if we are unable to stop delivery before shipping.

MISCELLANEOUS

It is a crime to use a false name, a credit card not belonging to you or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Sports Equipment Supplies may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and place the new version on the website. All purchases from the date that the amended terms are placed on our website onwards will be governed by those new terms.

These terms and conditions shall apply when Sports Equipment Supplies accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. They shall supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations) relating to your purchase, whether oral or in writing, and contain the entire agreement between Sports Equipment Supplies and you relating to your purchase. Sports Equipment Supplies advises that you print off and keep safe a copy of these terms and conditions once your order has been accepted by Sports Equipment Supplies.
